With our state of the art water purification system and our lightweight telescopic poles, we can clean your property efficiently and safely. Using telescopic poles allows us to reach several stories whilst staying safe on the ground. On the end of the poles are our specially designed soft bristled brushes, which allow our team to remove dirt effectively without the fear of scratching or damaging your windows, but making it easy to thoroughly clean your property. We use our purified TDS measured water to clean your property so that when it dries, we guarantee a streak/spot free finish, leaving your windows looking fantastic every time.

Here’s the sciency bit! Our water purification system works by using specially treated water that is purified to remove any minerals or impurities that are left on your windows over time. When the purified water is sprayed onto the glass using our water fed pole system, it naturally absorbs any dirt or grime on the surface of the glass. Then, as the water dries, it takes any remaining particles with it, leaving behind a crystal clear finish. This method not only results in a sparkling clean window, but it’s also environmentally friendly since we don’t use any harsh chemicals in the cleaning process.

As water fed pole window cleaners, we can work in the rain because our system uses purified water that has been treated to remove any impurities that could cause spotting or streaking on your windows. Unlike tap water, which contains minerals and other particles that leave residue when it dries, our purified water dries without any residue. This means that even if it rains during or after we clean your windows, they will remain crystal clear and streak-free. So, don’t worry about the weather – we’ve got it covered! But, if you’re not 100% happy with the quality of our service, we will be more than happy to clean your windows again, the next working day.

Yes, as long as it is safe to do so. The only time we’ll look to rebook an appointment is due to heavy snow, strong winds or heavy rain/ thunderstorms.

Great question! The beauty of purified water technology is that it allows us to provide a high quality cleaning service with no need for us to take time drying as well. The remaining water will dry spotless, leaving your windows looking amazing!

We work on a 4 weekly schedule with the vast majority of our customers. However, we also offer an 8 weekly service.

Our team of window cleaners are always aiming for perfection, making sure you’re happy with your clean, every time. Each of our highly skilled team members have been thoroughly trained by the Ecoflow Cleaning Team.

However, on the very rare occasion, a couple of factors impact on the quality of your first deep clean with the potential to leave spotting or streaking, including

• The cleaning standards of your previous window cleaner(s)
• Chemicals or detergents used during previous clean(s)
• The Length of time since your windows were last cleaned

Should this be the case, we’re confident you’ll be happy with your windows after our next visit. If you aren’t completely happy with our service, don’t hesitate to contact us to let us know and we will be more than happy to come back to clean what is required. This is part of our first deep clean guarantee.
