The Ecoflow Cleaning Team offer
the following services:

Those hard to reach windows aren’t
a problem for us. We can
thoroughly clean those hard to
reach windows with our lightweight
carbon fibre poles reaching up to
40 feet!
Don’t worry, you’ll be able to easily
recognise us with our blue uniform
and ‘Ecoflow Cleaning Services’
logo on the front and back. It’s so
important to us for you and your
neighbours to easily recognise it’s
us.
Our pets are part of the family and
we love to meet them! But when
we’re cleaning, we respectfully ask
that any family pets are taken inside
so that we can work freely, safely
and efficiently.
Working in a tidy space makes our
job a lot easier and safer, so moving
children’s toys, obstructive garden
furniture and picking up your
doggie deposits (poop), is always
appreciated. We’ll always contact
you the day before we arrive to give
you plenty of time for a quick tidy
up, and to unlock any gates too
If you’ve forgotten to leave a gate
open for example, and we can’t
clean all your windows and doors,
we’ll continue and clean what we
can access. Your normal bill will be
still applied for this service. Should
you want a second visit, we’re more
than happy to come back the
following day for an additional
charge of £6.
Our cleaning rota is scheduled
every week for efficiency, so we
don’t usually book specific slots.
When you receive our text the day
before we arrive, let us know your
concern and we’d be more than
happy to work with your request, if
possible.
Due to the nature of the service(s)
and our pre-organised schedule, we
are unable to alter, adjust or cancel
our services at short notice. In
addition, we text the day before we
arrive to make sure there’s plenty
time for you to let us know of any
issues. If you need to cancel or
reschedule on short notice, we will
continue with our service(s) as
agreed and your normal fee will be
applied.

The Ecoflow Cleaning Team will
always take every care each time
we visit your home or property.
However, we all know accidents can
happen. Where there is clear
evidence/information to suggest
that we have damaged your
property in any way, we will let you
know immediately, and steps will be
taken to resolve the matter with
zero hassle. However, we will not
accept any liability for existing
damage, lack of general property
maintenance or underlying property
defects. In the unlikely event that
your property (or any item) has
been damaged, we will immediately
take action to make sure that you
and your property are looked after.
If you’d like to cancel, please let us
know with a phone call, text
message or email. If you notify us of
your intention to leave us, we will
have a short chat asking your
reasons why you’re choosing to
leave us, as we’d love hear how our
services/ customer care can
improve, so we can continue to
grow as a business.
